My complaint:

Purchased a vehicle which was delivered on Dec 9th. PAID IN FULL Sent me an odometer disclosure statement with the wrong mileage and a contract with a December 21, 2020 which is incorrect. Two months into the process Carvana has repeatedly made error after error. I have contacted the Attorney General of Arkansas and still waiting of Carvana. They insist I sign an illegal odometer disclosure before they will send me my registration and plates. in the meantime my temporary plates have expired. It must be noted each call to Carvana takes between one to two hours between hold times (although their message states wait times of under 5 or 10 minutes) these wait times typically take 35-45 minutes. That is if you are not “disconnected “. When you get an “advocate” you must repeat the issue which has already been explained to another “advocate” who had no knowledge of how to resolve. I have called Carvana over a dozen times which they told me it would take 4 weeks to rebuild my contract That was over 2 months ago. At this point I contacted the Arkansas tax office again. I was told on December 9th that a new contract was being rebuilt to the correct mileage on the Odometer Disclosure. It is now February 25th. This is ridiculous. This company should not be allowed to do business period.
