My complaint:
I made it 99 percent through the approval process for buying a car. They asked me to upload my paycheck receipts. I work as an IHSs worker f or San Bernardino. The two phone income verification people I dealt with both told me my paystubs were not good enough. I then uploaded a letterhead from a letter I received from Ihss and that was not good enough. I then uploaded my bank statement per their request. They had no problem taking my money but their employees put up so many roadblocks and did not seem to mind doing so. Shitty site, too many hoops.
Suggested solution:
Have a reasonable way to deal with county or government work paystubs. It was the only thing that was problematic.
