My complaint:
Day 2 of having this car water was in trunk of spare tires . Repairs reported numerous times. 1 dealership claimed issued fixed and again issue happened reported 0724 schedule repair 729 dealership can’t seem to find issue water dried up – outside heat index over 100 degrees…mildew and mold form in car and it stinks not safe for my family health x getting run around from post sales rep . From caravana .. no fix .. no trade for something better.. very disappointed in services
Suggested solution:
Exchange vehicles for equal. Value similar contract.. and or assume cost to repair at 100%.. take time to really check over cars
