My complaint:
On July 9, 2021 I was approved for a 2018 Toyota Camry through Carvana. The finance company I was approved under was Bridgequest. My financing was for 72 months at $473.00 a month. After signing all paperwork and submitting my license for verification, I was given a ation of delivery and arrival of July 23, 2021. Upon tracking my vehicle on July 22, 2021 I received a message that the order had been cancelled and the car had been released back to the inventory. After speaking with three advocates, verifying my completed documentation, this issue remains unresolved. I did what was needed on my end; Carvana has not delivered my vehicle nor have they tried to resolve this issue.
Suggested solution:
I sold my vehicle two weeks ago; I expected my vehicle today as I am driving out of town for a week. As this is not my fault, I feel that a manager should reach out to me in response. I am now inconvenienced yet again because I have to rent a car. This is additional funds and time wasted. Carvana needs to provide a reasonable resolution to this conflict.
