My complaint:
I made a purchase with Carvana who uses silver rock to fix cars every time I context Silverock it’s not covered if they can’t help me Carvana states I need to file a complaint with Silverock. No luck at all. My purchase was made May 2025 every time the car needs to be fixed I have to pay for it. I have not been able to drive my car for about four days until it was fixed. I’m not getting any help from Carvana or Silverock.
Suggested solution:
I need my automobile to be paid through Bridgecrest since I since I had to pay to get my automobile fixed, I really don’t know why Carvana use Silverock. They are no good and do not help. My payment is $404
