My complaint:

I have been trying to purchase a vehicle thru carvana for over a week each time I get a new rep who repeats the same process same questions. They never return calls when the deadlines are not met they blame the customer. Address verification is a joke I have given then over 17 documents with addresses on them the complain about photos yet they take photos of your drivers license. One person approves the documents the next person rejects them this went on for over a week. I called was told not to call they would call they hung up on me 4 times. I could hear the staff laughing in the back ground. They are unprofessional lack consistency and are rude.

Suggested solution:

By assigning one person to follow a claim not millions. They need to contact me to really understand my frustration.
