My complaint:

Had a terrible experience with a driver who was supposed to pick up a vehicle. The driver called, saying they were lost, and I tried to offer a better route to my house. The lady wouldn’t follow my directions, gave up, was rude, saying to reschedule, and hung up. I tried to call back to say I’d take the car to where she was, but didn’t answer. She had said she was new and from out-of-state and didn’t know the area. How horrible to have a bad experience with what seems like a good company. Day was ruined, as this was planned for a long time and needed vehicle removed that day due to many issues, including expiring registration and leaving town. Called company and they wouldn’t send another driver.

Suggested solution:

They should have sent another more experience driver, which they failed to do.
