My complaint:

I had coverage with them for two months before my transmission started acting up. I called in to make a claim and it took two months for them to approve my claim to get my transmission fixed. Three weeks after getting my vehicle back my transmission starts to do the same thing it was doing when I called in to make the claim. I was told that they ordered me a new transmission for my vehicle but it was a new one why did start messing up like before after three weeks. Called them and they told me since I stopped payment on the contract and didn’t have coverage with no more that they can’t do anything about my transmission. I asked them why would I keep coverage if it’s taking y’all two months to approve my claim and plus after y’all supposed to had ordered a new transmission first vehicle and three weeks later its messing up again. I even told them that I almost got in a accident last night cause my transmission stalled on me trying to cross a intersection.

Suggested solution:

Order me another transmission for my vehicle and make sure its a new transmission that is the right one first my vehicle.. ( 2013 Dodge Durango Crew AWD)
