My complaint:

My transmission is going out and Car Shield refuses to honor my contract. I have the Gold Policy which has a $10,000 maximum and they want to put an untested junkyard transmission in my 2017 car. The administrator admitted that they will take the cheapest way out to protect the company and laughed when we told him we wanted either a rebuilt or new transmission which our contract states can be put in the vehicle. The parts are supposed to be LIKE parts, not untested junkyard parts. Going on three and a half weeks and have yet to get a resolution. They continue to lie about ordering or approving anything. They need to do the right thing!!

Suggested solution:

PUT A REBUILT OR NEW TRANSMISSION IN MY CAR! NOT UNTESTED JUNKYARD TRANSMISSION
