My complaint:
I was supposed to get a refund from car shield The lady said it will take 3 to 5 business days today make the 5th business day. I called Car shield this morning to speak with a representative Alexis answered the call I asked her about the status of my refund she said that it was problem with getting a refund . I then call my bank to ask did a refund try to get sent to my account from car shield My bank said no a deposit was never sent to my account. I call car shield back to speak to a supervisor Alexis was rude disrespectful had an attitude because I kept asking to speak to a supervisor regarding my refund Alexis then hung up in my face. I called again to speak with someone then I asked can I speak to a supervisor again I got the same treatment from the representative, rude disrespectful, hanging up in my face because I kept axing to speak to a supervisor, my bank said a refund was never sent to my account. I never got an email saying that the refund was being sent or that I was getting a refund I was verbally told I was given a refund the email that I have is a cancellation email. I never received the email about a refund so I’m trying to figure out where is my money I don’t appreciate being cursed out and disrespected because I’m trying to figure out where is my money and to speak with someone that can help figure out the situation . It’s very unprofessional for Alexis to work for a company, but I don’t know how to talk to customers with respect and without a attitude I feel very disrespected and I would like to make a complaint against her because that was unprofessional of her to disrespect me like that then hang up in my face when I’m trying to figure out where is my money . I will also be reaching out to the corporate office regarding the situation, because no customers should get treated and disrespected then hung up on like that my I did not receive a ation email regarding a refund . contact number is 7735124955 my name is Sierra brown

I would like my money sent back to my bank account the same way it was took off and I would like for Alexis to be written up for disrespecting me and hanging up in my face when I’m trying to resolve the issue about my money
