My complaint:
Contacted Carfax support, they requested I get the title search with the state’s department of motor vehicles. I paid $12 to get the document, provided it to Carfax, now they say they cannot use it, though it s that the vehicle was never registered in their state, only a transport permit.
Suggested solution:
The audacity of this company to turn up their nose at the document I paid for, though it clearly refutes the claims made in the Carfax report, is nauseating. Lazy customer service.
