My complaint:
I have been back and forth with Carfax for the last two months regarding an error on my Carfax report. My car was vandalized and had 12K in damage to the windows, seats and airbags in the seats. No damage whatsoever to the body of the car. I have pictures and reports to show as such. However Carfax will not change their report where it states my car sustained body damage.
Carfax has inaccurately read the body shop report, and will not update their records. The agent who was put on my case me stopped answering my emails and conveniently Carfax does not take phone calls either.
Hard to understand how Carfax is considered a trusted resource for accurate information.
