My complaint:
Carfax is showing a damage incident on my truck. When I asked about it they said they couldn’t tell me who the source was or what the damage was. I spoke with all local police agencies, local shops who have worked on my truck, and my insurance company all said the same thing: no damage. My insurance company provided a letter of experience showing there’s been no claims on the truck. Carfax continued to tell me:
Thank you for providing that.
I am not able to remove the damage record off of the CARFAX Report.
Suggested solution:
Remove the reported damage incident from my Carfax report
