My complaint:
Reviewed late payments had 2, called Capital One asked if they could remove them, they said no. Checked report 2 weeks later late payments had gone from 2 to 9. They had gone back years and added late payments, I had in January paid off entire balance I believe the words I had with lady where I said wonder how the public would feel about them if they knew how they treat elderly seniors would respond to their commerical what’s in your wallet?
Suggested solution:
Remove the late payments or at least go back to the original 2. If they couldn't remove them how could they had 7 more. If they couldn't change one thing by removing 2 how could they change another by adding 7 more?
