My complaint:
I ask that CO in Lufkin branch close all our accounts YESTERDAY!!!!!!today I see a $6 dollar debit to our 885 account and none of the accounts have been closed YET!!!!How hard can this be??This is just one of the many reasons we left CO–There is no money in any of the accounts and won’t be and forget the -$6.00 too no way in hell I will pay for you not doing your job—Now close all our CO empty accounts PLEASE!!!!!!William J.
