My complaint:
I have received a few Convenience Checks in the past I receive emails stating they sent it out. On 10262022 i received an email stating they sent out so after a week I called Credit One and they said to disregard that’s an email mistake you show no convenience check going to you. Today I received another email for the same convienence check for me not to miss out this time and cash by November 30th. Again I called customer service and they said the same thing. Why am I getting these false emails like the customer service people say that there is nothing they can do?
Suggested solution:
To quit sending fake emails This is not the way to do business giving your customers a check but then you turn around and tell me that disregard your not getting one..
