My complaint:
not everyone is familiar with the uploaddownload process of documents to complete activation of your credit card. process should be and can be made easier. i have never had a more complex procedure with other credit card companies. the end result is another company will benefit from my purchases. so this is a ation of cancellation of my recently received (6622) credit card.
