My complaint:
I have attempted to secure a copy of my 1099-INT form for 2021 since the beginning of February 2022. Generally Capital One will post them online at the last possible day – Jan. 31.
This year they did not post them online. When I inquired with them about why they are not available I was informed there is a system problem and you will have to wait until they arrive by mail.
Each time you call customer service they tell me to wait a little longer for the mail to arrive. This is every year they are unable to send their 1099 forms in a timely manner.
Suggested solution:
Correct the system issue and post the 1099 forms online like other customer accounts.
