My complaint:
A frame I received from warranty has anodizing defects. As a result the (black) oxide layer washes off. Cannondale does not want to admit that this is abnormal and refuses to correspond.
Suggested solution:
To receive this frame from warranty, I had to purchase a new crankset, pay for shipping and an administration fee totalling 1210 USD. All together this is about the price of half a new CAAD 12 bike. If the warranty came without such high costs, I would not complain, but since I paid so much to make use of warranty, I feel treated unjustly.
The solution is either a new frame or a (partial) refund.
