Cannondale complaint: Cannondale most horrible customer service/warranty

My complaint:

I have a 2022 topstone 6 carbon abyss blue… 3 months riding it I have payed to have 5 spokes and a rear hub fixed plus to top it off the carbon frame cracked… By far there customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with… There answer is to send me a black with white cannondale emblems frame…

Sorry I didn’t pay the extra money for my abyss blue to get some ugly shiny black… top it off the frame they sent won’t match up to my bike… but since they have zero customer service how to I resolve it… I’ve called for 5 wks I’m told someone will call back nothing…could of just given me store credit but literally not sure that’s a option cause I can’t talk to anyone…

Warranty is a scam and cannondale should be ashamed… not very American and that’s why I bought a cannondale,.. American!!!! 3000 was alot of money to me and I got the abyss blue not some ugly black and white… I can’t say more that no one should ever buy a cannondale get a specialized…. Photo don’t need it they have pictures… but they don’t care .,..

Suggested solution:

Credit plus the 600 dollars I spent at rei fixing the components to fix that bike
