My complaint:
Last five years everyday I have been marketing from C-Town. This evening I went to buy something from C-town at 19:09:48(10-21-2020).When i go to pay, a cashier name is Heera she asked me Do you need any bag to carry? I said Yes. Then she asked me second time same question very Rudely and I said Yes. she was very angry with me.
Then i give her money and he gives me back the remaining money, and close the money box very loudly. I am very surprised by her behavior. There were many more customers behind me and I was very ashamed of his rude behavior. when I return home, I can’t forget her rude behavior.I know C-town is very good and bi supermarket. I hope the authorities will take appropriate action so that no customer is insulted in this way.
Suggested solution:
She will Apologize to me and she will promise never to treat any customer like this again.
