My complaint:
I purchased a tray of 8pc chicken on friday night at around 7pm on the 6 November 2020. I took it out to cook on the morning of 8 November. It was stinking and turned green on each part of the pieces. I sent a msg to the store via whatsapp. I was replied telephonically that it will be replaced when they receive new stock .
Suggested solution:
I should be compensated for buying rotten chicken and almost poisoning my family and myself. It is unacceptable that a store should have this quality of raw items on their shelves.
