My complaint:
I went to shop for food which I do every time I get off work. My EBT card broke in half since I had it in my back pocket. My picture is on the EBT card also I had my drivers license. I went to the checkout to pay and the lady said she couldn’t take my card. I explained what happened so she got the manager. I explained the situation to the manager and he still refused to accept my card. He was rude and told me to leave. Is that even legal to refuse me service especially with what’s going on with this pandemic. Horrible experience every one was looking like if I stole my my own card because the manager did not even want to look at my ID.
Suggested solution:
I’ve been shopping there with no problems until today. I have used this card there plenty of times.
