My complaint:
It says on the website they take checks. But they denied me the ability to write a personal check someone stole my information and checking card information several days ago I need to get food the only possible way is to write a personal check I looked it up before I went to the store. The clerk looked at me as though I was an idiot and I said it says online that they take them and then she said let me talk with the manager and I said that’s no problem.
The manager’s name is Sam.
Sam said, “no we do not take checks.”
I told him, “ It says that you do on your website“.
Sam says, “I don’t care what it says on the website we do not take checks”.
Suggested solution:
You should resolve my complaint by making sure that the people that Work at CTown especially Sam the manager knows the actual rules and regulations of your company. It is disgusting that you have a manager that doesn’t even know the basic rules let alone that the people working there are only half of them were wearing masks. I’m not even gonna get into that.
