My complaint:
I ordered and paid $54.00 for shoes on the 27th January 2024 and still have not received them. The delivery was to be on the 12th January 2023 and after sending several emails and with promises that they would be delivered soon and theat they were on their way I still have not received them. I have attached proof of payment and several emails to them to deliver but still nothing.
Suggested solution:
Either send my shoes or give me a refund of $54.00
