My complaint:
I didn’t even want to rate one star! I ordered a pair of sandals which took a very long time to arrive. The site didn’t mention that they were posted from China hence the long delivery time. Free postage within Australia indicates the product is in Australia. They sent the wrong colour and only agreed to send the correct ones if I paid the postage. I refused as it was their error. They even had the hide to offer a discount on my next order which will never happen. I am still in email contact with them (over 20 interactions) and nothing has been resolved. They refuse to look after their customers. The shoes are poor quality and look cheap. I will never purchase from them again. Spread the word. I will be!
