My complaint:

Where do I start I took a 6 week break from buzz online as I was and still am in poor health and spent a bit online after the 6 weeks was up I played and won £150 quid woo hoo you would say . Well I tried to withdraw it but my account was blocked I’m disabled severely so my driving licence was sent back to dvla my passport was expired so had no I D verification required my birth certificate I paid for it as I couldn’t find the original sent it in they even called me Mrs Watson it was declined as its in my maiden name well durr your not born married so I ordered a marriage certificate again I couldn’t find the original sent it in at cost for both Now previously I had sent in My proof of address and my card details as requested approved I thought so after yet another conversation on live chat I asked why my account was still blocked Claire said my card hadn’t been verified as they couldn’t read it well slap my thighs I sent it in again bearing in mind buzz are making interest on my measly 150 quid

Suggested solution:

Verification should be done all in 1 go with the correct information they require and some much improved customer support for disabled people but I would hate to see how Verification for the disabled is carried out perhaps on my death certificate at this rate!
