My complaint:
I have explained this several times and if you look at my past emails that have been sent to you or different people there that I lost playing 10 pounds something and expected the remainder to be about 15 pounds. It was 25 again and it said we are paying 10% or MORE UP TO 100% BACK to people that had losses that night. Ok so when I went to play the next day the remaining amount was 16 pounds something. (That is the amount that is in my account now) till I play again. Since then all I have had are a variety of reasons of what I should have got. The money was just reduced overnight. I keep sending this email because it did happen!!!
Suggested solution:
Return the balance to the 25 pound that was in my account when I closed the game.
