My complaint:

saturday afternoon 5th june , i won the full house , i had a electronic board .i sat with my friends on the seats in front of the stage, AS WE DO EVERY SATURDAY, I WON ON NUMBER 76 , I CALLED OUT AND RAISED MY ARM AND PRESSED THE WIN BUTTON ON MY BOARD THE GAME STOPPED, AND CHECKED AND NO WINNINGS APPEARED ON MY BOARD ,I TOLD THE CALLER SHE CHECKED MY BOARD BY SWITCHING IT OFF AND ON TOLD ME TO GO TO BOOKSALES I SAW THE MANAGER.WHO SAYS WE WILL CHECK AND PROBELY SEND AWAY .THIS COULD TAKE 2 WEEKS .THIS IS VERY UNFAIR ,I WOULD LIKE THIS SORTING AS SOON AS POSSIBLE PLEASE.THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED BEFORE. , VERY DISSAPOINTING. AS ITS HARD ENOUGH TO WIN ANYWAY
