My complaint:
Writing this on behalf of my 79 year old mother…my mother recieved a parking fine for not registering her car in top car park..my mother usually gets dropped off by her husband to bingo so was unaware of this procedure as she had to drive herself on this occasion and did not realise as this is the 1st time she has driven since lockdown started..she approached your assistant manageress last night and got a very unsupportive reply of well what do you want me to do about it..not very professional for a manageress..as a regular member I thought this was very harsh..
Suggested solution:
I think the £60 fine payment should be returned via Buzz vouchers..for loyal regular loyal customer on this occasion as this was mistake for a non regular driver to your Bingo..my mother's membership No.5527515665..any response can be sent to myself on email..gmand0867@hotmail.co.uk..her son..Hopefully this can be resolved ..Thank You..
