My complaint:
i cant get on too buzz bingo because buzz is saying they need ID so i sent proof of address and i sent my bus pass now there saying they wont take it am not happy i am owed money i have won on buzz bingo £59 pound and use wont give me it, one person is saying a bus pass is ok and the other person is saying i cant use it as ID
Suggested solution:
they should be able to put the money am owed that i won on buzz bingo
