My complaint:
i was playing the on line slots when suddenly my account was frozen, had an email saying they tried to contact me which was rubbish, they gave me a number to phone, which i did 5times, only to have an automatee tell me due to corona the lines were not working, then the phone goes dead, tried live help which was useless no help at all, i gave them my mobile and house phone numbers via reply to thier email, which said i would be contacted in 72 hours now 96 hours and still nothing, as they dont work weekends, it means monday will be a week, they fine when your spending, but this has stopped my withdrawal request
