My complaint:

i drove thru the drive up and placed an order, then went home. when i got home i opened the sack and it was totally the wrong order. I called them to let them know but they didn’t take my name. I went back the next day with my receipt and told them what happened. They accused me of trying to get free food. they finally gave another burger. I usually don’t get anything there because i go tired of cold burgers and fries. I was very tried that day and just wanted something i didn’t have to cook. other friends have complained about the same thing. People say its the worst place to eat. (14th and Geary)

Hire people that care about there business
