My complaint:
My husband and I went thru the drive through to place an order my husband is 74 years old had left our camper to pick up some food ordered paid for it and when it was handed to us a woman stuck her head out and said next time put your clothes on. He had no shirt had golfing shorts on and his under ware on and shoes and shocks. My husband said what? she said she was going to turn him in for being a child preditor , we never got a receipt and turn this in to Burger King Corp. and never heard anything for weeks so called them back. Got an email from Michelle Peska district Manager saying he went thru with his underwear on which is not true. Said she had signed statements from her employees. They lied my husband had no shirt on. I called and asked for a dress code for drive through at the Burger King South store they were shocked when I told them what happened and told me to turn it over to corp. which I did and nothing happened. It probably would be handled differently if my Husband was 16-30 years old and built but he was 74 instead. What happens when someone comes from the swimming pool or public pools with here trunks or women going thru with their swimming suits on. They have nothing under those. My husband had golfing shorts on so they would be about 10 inches or more long on his legs. This is a disgrace the way Burger King treats their Senior Citizens. Or anyone in this manner.
Suggested solution:
By talking to us not just sending an email about what the store said what happened. We will not be back. we'll be going to McDonalds and Arby's by the way he wore same items in McDonalds and Arby's and never had a problem. Too bad for BK we spend about $20 to $40 a visit for us and our 6 Grandkids at least 3 times a week.
