My complaint:
I ordered an oreo shake with vanilla ice cream , they gave me a shake with chocolate ice cream. My husband took it back to have it corrected and all they said was if it was chocolate it would be much darker. That is wrong! I get them all the time and know what they should look like.
Suggested solution:
They should have said sir, i am so sorry, let me remake that for you..but it wasn't done. I would like an Oreo shake with vanilla ice cream. Maybe a voucher for one.
