Burger King complaint: Wrong nuggets

My complaint:

Hello, on the 7th of September 2023 the lady who was serving me at Burger King had given me chicken nuggets instead of vegan nuggets. I had realised later on that she had given me the chicken nuggets instead of the vegan nuggets as it had a softer taste to it and it had smelt different than to a vegan nugget.

I had also realised that I had nine chicken nuggets instead of nine vegan nuggets after I had eaten my chips so it was a while after I had realised that I had been given the wrong type of nuggets.
I had walked over to the till where she had been serving the customers and I had said to her that she had given me chicken nuggets instead of vegan nuggets and I had given my receipt to show her that.

She had said to me that, I had said to her that I wanted chicken nuggets but I had told her, that I had said to her that I wanted the vegan nuggets and that I wanted the vegan meal that I had before because I had the vegan nuggets the last time that I had come in that same Burger King restaurant.
I had also said to her that I did not ask for chicken nuggets.

She had said to me that she will make me some vegan nuggets so I had thanked her and I also had said to her that is that ok with her to make me the vegan nuggets again but she did not say anything to me and she went to make the vegan nuggets for me and I was waiting for them.

While I was waiting for the nine vegan nuggets, the man (who was working at the back where the food was being made) had suddenly said to me in an angry tone that: you have come after half an hour.
I just stood there and was shocked at the way that he had spoken to me as he had used an angry tone, when he had spoken to me but I did not say anything back to him.

She had approached me and had said to me that she cannot give me the nine vegan nuggets as I had approached her after half an hour because her manager had said to her that she cannot give me the vegan nuggets as I had come after half an hour.

I was shocked and I had said to her that: I was eating my chips, that is why I did not realise that I had the chicken nuggets instead of the vegan nuggets. So it had taken me a while to find out after that, that I had the chicken nuggets instead of the vegan nuggets.

Also, the chicken nuggets were in a packet so I could not tell what was packed in the packet on whether it was the vegan nuggets or the chicken nuggets that was in there.

I had also said to her that: and you had told me that you will give me the vegan nuggets instead of the chicken nuggets.

She had then told me again that she cannot give me the vegan nuggets as her manager had told her that she cannot give me the vegan nuggets as I had come after half an hour to tell her that I had the chicken nuggets.

I was so angry with her and I had said to her that I am not coming here again.

I had also said to the man (who was working at the back where the food was being made) that his and her customer service was terrible.

I had slammed the chicken nuggets on their counter near the till area and I had said to her that I don’t want their nuggets and I had walked away to where I was sitting.

I had then decided to walk back to where I had left the chicken nuggets and I had taken them back and I had asked her to give me back my receipt as I was going to complain to the staff who works with Burger King that deals with the complaints.

I had also said to her that she will soon be hearing from me after she had given me back my receipt.

I had told her that her customer service is awful and that she had lied to me by saying to me that she was going to give me the vegan nuggets and then deciding to not give the vegan nuggets to me.

I had also said to her and to the man (who was working at the back where the food was being made) that I will be complaining about them on how I was treated by them, by not providing me with the vegan nuggets which she had said to me before that she will give to me as I had the chicken nuggets which was the wrong type of nuggets that was given to me.
She and the man (who was working at the back where the food was being made) did not show any care on the way that I was being treated and that was bad customer service.

I was traumatised by her and the man (who was working at the back where the food was being made) behaviour as I did not think that they, as staff would have treated me like this.

My money for the nine chicken nuggets was not given back to me from her or from the man (who was working at the back where the food was being made) and the nine vegan nuggets that she had said that she will give to me, was not given to me.

I had ordered a meal that was suppose to be a nine vegan nuggets meal with chips, a hot chocolate and an extra bottle of water.

The man (who was working at the back where the food was being made) was, I think her manager and I think that he was Asian or Egyptian. He had glasses on and he was quite skinny and not very tall.

I had ordered my food at 15.34 on Thursday the 7th of September 2023.

Suggested solution:

I would like to have my money back for the nine chicken nuggets or I would like a voucher for nine vegan nuggets.
