My complaint:
I went to get a beloved whopper. Got to the drive through and was excited to be the only car in line. No one ever acknowledged my presence. Me thinking that the system may have went out, went inside to inform an employee that the intercom/speaker may have went out. Upon entering, the manager came to the counter. I attempted to inform him, when he immediately yelled at me and told me that I was only there for 2.3 seconds. I didn’t care to let him get me off my rockers, so I asked for the district manager’s or corporate’s number, in which he again, responded rudely and told me there’s no number.
I went outside to research a number. When I turned around to go to my vehicle, he and another employee was standing outside. He was smoking. I attempted to apologize for upsetting him. He told me (implicit language). He then spat and flicked his lit cigarette at me. I called the police and filed a report.
Over two weeks and I haven’t heard anything from how this matter is being handled.
Suggested solution:
That’s just the problem. The district manger was contacted but I haven’t heard anything else. In my opinion, it’s taking way TOO long for them to view cameras and get back with me. I can not let this go and would like to handle it at a low level but I feel like I’m being pushed elsewhere and this matter is being swept under a rug. I do not want a free meal or whoppers for life. This matter is serious. No one should be spoken to in the manner this manager spoke to me.
Manager needs to be fired and verbally apologize to me, publicly.
