My complaint:
I went to the drive through and waited almost 5 minutes with no one ever asking to take my order. There were no other cars in the drive through or the parking lot except for employees. I went in side and a female employee was leaning against the counter eating potato chips. When she saw me come in, she walked away.
A male employee was walking around with his pants down on his backside showing his underwear. The was food on the floor and paper everywhere. When I finally received my order, it was not good at all. I got the honey mustard chicken wrap. The worst I’ve had to date. The store was a very nice new store and I hate to see poor management ruin it. I would hate to see a nice restaurant close down.
On a positive note….I went to the one in Wewahitchka FL and it was totally the opposite. The service, cleanliness and food was very good.
Suggested solution:
send another manager there to resolve all these issues before its too late
