My complaint:
I don’t know what is wrong with this Burger King location. The store looks slovenly, looks dirty, the lot is disgusting and not clean, weeds growing out of flower pots. Notes left on the Drive thru sign, closing early due to staffing problems. Went there another time to be told our flameburner is down This store needs a complete re hab and new staff. I will never again attempt to order from this location. I am not the only one who has complained about this location. It has a reputation in it’s area for being a dirty, poorly run restaurant. Perhaps you should pay the help more, so you can get a better quality employee, who will be an asset to the company? Just an observation.
Suggested solution:
re hab the store, and retrain and hire better staff.
