Burger King complaint: length of wait

My complaint:

Pulled into drive thru at 12:57pm. Only one car in front of me. Waited 5 minutes. Car never moved. So I decided to go in and place an order to go. Two customers in front of me. She took several minutes to fix first customer order. Made us two wait until he got his order. Lady in front of me placed her order. Waited several minutes because cashier was having a problem with that order too. Finally at 1;32 pm I just got in my car went to McDonalds up the street on Driggs. Placed a order thru drive thru at 1:37pm. order their $3 bundle. At 1:42pm had my order and left.

Suggested solution:

Employees need to be trained better. And have more staff.
