My complaint:
2/12/24 the manager on shift decided to clock me out 1.40hrs into my shift at 7:25pm without me knowing as I worked until 10:11pm and I have the time slip to prove it. So he had me work for free without my knowledge. Then on 2/13/24 he txtd me to not come in on my scheduled shift because he called somebody in to cover my shift (which I did not need covered) that was not even on the schedule for that day or scheduled to work that day. He continues to harass me and now that he clocked me out and I worked for free and is not fixing said hours I’ve had enough of his dishonesty and lack of integrity. He intentionally violated labor laws because of his dislike for me.
Suggested solution:
Give me the money that is owed to me and fire said manager due to blatant disregard for working labor laws.
