My complaint:
Had a Angus stake sandwich my son had a crispy chicken sandwich meal we was on the the train as it was moving away from the station it was awful my sons food was hard and dry chips were not cooked properly the cheese in his and mine were hard and crusty the bread was dry and hard it’s like they used all stale food to sell it was disgusting we had to throw it away needs for health people to get in there and have a look
Suggested solution:
Needs to be looked at it’s definitely not wright that this should be allowed as most people get food like us then get on the train and it’s to late
