Burger King complaint: Unexceptiable employee behavior

My complaint:

The globe drive thru order was wrong, i drove back thru , and ordered my food again. Told the different cashier. I just ordered theses burgers and the both don’t have cheese or bacon. She turned and mentioned something to a third worker. The third worker told me, you could have just drove up to the window. I said, I decided just to reorder to keep the drive thru lane moving. I told her, I don’t work for burger king. Don’t tell me what to do. Also, I never got a receipt. She gave me a dirty look. Gave me the receipt and told me to f off.

Suggested solution:

They need to find out who it was and deal with it according to their policys.
