My complaint:

I had gone through the drive thru to orger a meal, manager was very rude and had very poor customer service. Told me, DON’T TALK TO ME LIKE THAT I had repeated my order and he continued to say, AIN’T NOBODY GONE TALK TO ME LIKE THAT. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I was calm and explained sir because you did not hear my order I repeated it back and you continued to snap and yell at a customer spending money here. He then did not say anything so I went inside and politely asked for his manager and he said, I am the manager! I simply said well that is poor mannerism and customer service on your part. I then proceeded to ask for his name as no name tag was presented on his shirt and for the corporate phone to make an official complaint against him. He said, GOOD LUCK. He needs to be fired and take classes on how to have better customer service to be in such a position. This happened 05-27-23 at 3:05 P.M.

Suggested solution:

Fire the manager and close the store till they can properly train there employees to have better customer service, especially for there managers.
