My complaint:

i placed an order in the drive thru lane for a HBSPICY Classic combo at 6pm on Thursday 4-8-21. I was told to park and they would bring my order out to me. I waited until 6:15pm without anyone bringing out my order and decided to go inside where i was told they could not locate my order, so I ask for my money back after i was given a hard time for not having a receipt that was not given to be in the drive thru. A simple order complicated by unenthused workers. Lost order i can understand, but poor service with an attitude I can do without.

No resolution is needed. I will find another Fast food Company that will value my business.
