My complaint:

Last time I was there I had 5 people in front of me and I was there for 25 minutes by the time I received my food. Today I was there for 15 minutes before I decided to leave. I watched at least 12 other people do the same. There was a lot of food sitting up on the heated shelf so the cooking was going ok but it seemed like nobody was bagging for the counter and they were concerned more with the drive through. By the time I left there was approximately 20 people in line still waiting to order.

Suggested solution:

Hire more employees and have better training.
