My complaint:
I sat at the drive thru for 2 minutes and then said hello and no response. I drove up to the window and this lady (Sonya) yelled at me for not waiting.i told her I like burger king but not enough to put up with bad customer service and drove off. This happened on 11-25 approx. 3:10pm
