My complaint:
I drove up to drive thru at 9:19pm… they made me wait long enough to think it was closed, as I googled it I said let me google it finally the rude manager (he always works nights so I know his voice) comes on there and just says go on with your order … immediately I drove off , this is not the first time its happened this way… the last time i just figured it was a bad day… so I stayed. this same guy never looked at me in my eyes, snatched my card and never said anything but have a nice night. my thoughts are if u don’t provide efficient customer service or even a bit of hospitality then your not in the right job choice. or even better yet … nobody is forcing you to work a job u hate …. I wont be back this time ….
