My complaint:
The hamburger I received on my visit to this location on 12-19 at around 11:15 AM had meat that was dry with very little flavor as there was not the usual flame grilled taste I have come to expect from BK. I have eaten at this location before and was hoping that they had improved from my prior experiences, but they have, if anything, gotten much worse in the food
quality.
Suggested solution:
At your discretion....Would like to see improvements at this location, as there are very few BK's close to me.
