My complaint:
as the payment accepted from a lady who did i and i wait for the order, i wait for a while and and worker said it doesn’t gone through he told me to do it again but i dont want because is already accept before, i went home to check my account and is already gone through burger king , i went quickly to pick the order because is for my kids but the same guy still refuse i told is already gone through, i re ask to the lady she gave me the eftpos for i know she saw it accepted but she said she didn’t see it, may check your side and workers before something else ended with, i waste two times before for uncomplete giving our order for kids i lost petrol and time to find this happen until i got home is not complete food, before i left burger king i ask if the food complete they said yes but not is not i know what is in the order that’s why i asking them to check but reply is yes as is not i need to see was the money coming through last night as i do the payment? or find out why your customer causing trouble as not my problems
